Astrology may not be great at predicting events, but it does an amazing job when describing personality — and the way different personalities interact. It is perhaps the best tool available for predicting compatibility. This site calculates the positions of the stars and planets when you and other members were born. It then calculates the angles (aspects) between your planets and those of other members (synastry) to determine how those interactions affect compatibility. This enables Premium members to search by astrological compatibility and print detailed compatibility reports.
The Astro-Grid™ is a checkerboard-like display where your planets are displayed in a column on the left, and the other person's planets are displayed in a row across the top. Where these two planets intersect in the grid below, clicking the Score (where one appears) displays detailed information regarding how the planetary interaction affects your compatibility with the other person.
